ROLLING MACHINE - ART - SMALL ROLLS

The rolling machine model ART is a complementary device to be attached to the loom frame to obtain small fabric rolls.
The device can be adapted to any type of loom.
It has two cylinders, covered with special silicone-rubber, that allow the fabric to roll around the cardboard tube placed between them.
The system is operated by an independent motor situated on the external side.

| SAFETY DETAILS: |
| The machines are provided with an emergency stop command which also regulates the power supply for all the auxiliary devices for an immediate stop of all the devices of the machinery. |

| MAINTENANCE: |
All the designed and manufactured machines need an initial test.
The machines have a theoretical operating life which is directly proportional to the use and anyway it cannot be longer than 10 years from the set-up.
Beyond this time the machines should undergo a proper general inspection. |
